We are offering an easy way to lock in your Egg prices for either a year or quarterly.

How it works?  Sign up, Pay in full for a quarter or yearly CSA and we deliver you eggs.

The pick up sites?  Husson University, UMaine Orono, and at our farm. We can always look at expanding where we deliver if needed.

When is delivery?  We will deliver eggs every other week on Thursdays (Holidays will have different days).

Why sign up for a CSA?  You can lock in your prices and have fresh eggs delivered for pickup.  You pay upfront, helping us to purchase more feed, seed for grazing, and all the materials to support our flock while we can buy more in bulk and save with the cost of things rising every couple of months.

Will the costs go up in the future?  Perhaps.  We hate raising prices, but if we can keep costs low and in the rare event prices go down, then we will also reduce prices.  Start of 2022, chicken feed was 17.99 for a bag and at the year’s end it was 22.99 for the same feed.  Even though our chickens free range as much as possible, they still eat chicken food to get the other nutrients needed to lay the tasty eggs.

What if I need more eggs than what I sign up for?  Then let us know if you are expecting to use more eggs.  We will happily try to accommodate and attach more eggs to your order for that week.

Don’t want to sign up for an Egg CSA?  No worries.  Reach out to arrange delivery,  stop by our farm stand in warmer months and pay then grab your eggs, or shop stores where our eggs are sold and help support two local businesses!
